She later lays a dragon egg and raises their half-dragon son Finn alone. Years later, Ella applies as a tutor at Blackthorne Manor. Draven senses their blood bond. The scheming housekeeper tries to harm Finn, but his dragon mark reveals the truth. Draven remembers their encounter, dotes on Finn, and overcomes human-dragon barriers to build a happy family.
